New Jobs Information Sessions

Last Update: 3/5/2014 12:37 AM

NorCal is starting a series of information sessions meant to help RPCV job seekers network and access info on companies and industries of interest. On the flipside, these sessions can be a great recruiting tool to hire skilled, resourceful and enthusiastic RPCVs.

Companies
If you work for a great company, non-profit, government agency, social enterprise or something else and could host or help set up a session for 15-20 returned Peace Corps Volunteer job seekers at your place of business, please let us know! We are envisioning informal information sessions, possibly over lunch, to help returned Volunteers learn about careers in a variety of industries around the Bay Area.  It would also be a great opportunity your company to hold inform interviews with returned Peace Corps Volunteer looking for work.

Job Seekers
If you are a job seeker and are interested in taking part, please let us know which industry you're interested in, parts of the Bay Area you're willing to go for the sessions and what times are best.

We are targeting our first event in early April, so please send us your responses soon. We will be reaching out to you in the coming weeks as well.
