We've extended the deadline for the logo competition to give you more time to submit your ideas!

It's time. Peace Corps has released their new logo, and so NorCalPCA would like to revamp our organization's logo as well!

We are giving *you* a chance to have some fun, get those creative juices flowing, and design a new and improved NorCalPCA Logo.

Submit your own design for our logo, and your artwork may be chosen to live in infamy. It will be featured on the 2016 NorCalPCA t-shirts, displayed proudly on chests and backs all over the Bay Area, on all NorCalPCA publications including the website, Facebook group, and newsletter.

    Logo Guidelines:

    - Historically, we have incorporated the patriotic colors of red, white, and blue in the logo. For reference our current logo is at norcalpca.org While these colors are not mandatory, please keep in mind that we will be printing the logo on clothing items that are black, white, or grey.

    - Please submit the logo in two sizes/variations: square (256px by 256px) and rectangular (851px wide by 315px tall). The files must be a pdf, png, or jpeg file.

    - If your logo is selected we will ask you for the original AI, EPS, or PSD files, in various resolutions for print (300 dpi) and web, in color and in black & white.

    - Note: The square logo can be purely an icon, but please include "Northern California Peace Corps Association" or "NorCalPCA" somewhere on the rectangular version.

    How to Enter:

To enter, send your artwork by January 28, 2017 to Logo@NorCalPCA.org or by postal mail to: NorCalPCA, PO Box 2547, SF, CA 94126

We'll display all submissions at our Annual General Meeting in January 2017, where the attendees will vote to determine who wins. And really bring it! Because if we don't get any good entries from real artists, then the Board will design something you'll have to wear all year.

    The Prize:

    - NorCalPCA swag with your new & improved logo for the whole family!

    - Bronze level membership to NorCalPCA for 1 year

    - Recognition at an awards ceremony, on the NorCalPCA website, and in the annual newsletter

    - A published and public portfolio piece that will remain in the NorCalPCA for years to come

    - Eternal adulation

So get out those colored pencils and computers... and good luck!
