Project Description: Camp Bicentennial at Point Bonita, Marin Headlands - We’ll spread rice straw and pull ice plant to ensure invasive plants can’t take over this lovely point. Panoramic views of the Golden Gate channel and ocean will reward us! All necessary tools, gloves, and training will be provided.

What to Wear:

  • Long pants and sturdy closed-toe shoes are required (no shorts or sandals).
  • Wear clothes that can get dirty, layers for changing weather, and rain gear if necessary.
  • Bring sun protection, such as a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

This site has limited cell phone reception. Please make sure you understand where you are meeting ahead of time. If using a ridesharing service to get to the site, please plan ahead with alternative arrangements as you may not have cell reception to call a car for your return trip.
